MacOS Support Engineer/Architect - Boston or Needham / Hybrid Onsite

HYBRID ONSITE - Working onsite 3 days a week is a must in Needham or Boston. This is a Contract Opportunity

Experience understanding the Mac architecture in a global environment and providing MAC support on a daily basis.

This person will serve as a lead resource on the Mac team

Experience supporting the windows platform including SCCM and Intune would be a big +

A MacOS support engineer/architect provides technical assistance and solutions for MacOS devices and systems. They are responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the performance and security of MacOS environments. They also design and implement MacOS architectures that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users. They should also be able to evaluate and improve the performance, efficiency, and security of MacOS environments, and recommend and implement changes and enhancements.
