Delivery Driver

Job Description

System Controls is a small, family-owned manufacturing plant specializing in designing, building, and installing of machine controls for various industries. Specific duties include preparation of material to ship, delivery of finished products, and shop maintenance with additional panel wiring or assembly as needed.

Location: In Person

35245 Schoolcraft Rd., Livonia, MI 48150

Located on Schoolcraft Rd. between Farmington Rd. and Levan Rd.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:

System Controls offers training for those interested into entering the field of panel fabrication and certain requirements may be waived based on the willingness to learn.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to use hand tools and power tools and acquire own tools

A valid Driver’s License and Commercial Driver’s License

Preferred:

Previous experience in industry

Degree in related field

Able to read prints, electrical schematics, and layouts

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Ability to stand most of the day

Ability to stoop and bend at least 25% of day

Repetitive hand and wrist movements at least 50% of the day

Ability to reach above shoulders at least 25% of day

Starting at $15.00 for untrained & negotiable upwards based on experience
