Be the trusted advisor and provide finance and operational support to Executives

Provide direction and support to operations and leadership teams in pursuit of business goals and objectives

Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability

Expansion initiatives in South Africa

Deliver analysis, scenario modelling and insightful reporting on key business, finance and operational metrics and performance indicators and make recommendations for decision making

Business partnering, gather information and context from stakeholders, simplify insights, provide accurate business performance updates, and develop recommendations to overcome market and business volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity

Analyze monthly performance versus the forecast

Budgeting and forecasting

Lead project initiatives

Assist with managing the organisation's risk exposure and ensure that appropriate controls and procedures are developed, maintained, and monitored for effectiveness

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) with 10+ years post articles experience

Insurance industry exposure is a non-negotiable

IFRS 17

Experience forming part of the executive/director team

Manage a large team and pull everything together. The job has material accountability and managing stress will be critical
