As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee custom home construction projects and ensure their successful completion.

**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in custom home construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of residential construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final inspection. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met.

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scheduling, procurement, and quality control.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and answer any questions.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to resolve any project-related issues or conflicts.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom home construction.

- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.

- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
