Associate Attorney - Atlanta, Georgia

Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including general civil litigation, business/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, general liability, employment law, and personal injury. Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload within litigation, overseeing cases from inception to resolution

Foster collaboration and close cooperation with fellow attorneys and partners

Attend court proceedings and participate in depositions

Generate reports and maintain communication with clients

Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys

Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses

Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda

Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents

Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions

Participate in court hearings and mediations

Qualifications:

Licensed in good standing with the Georgia State Bar

Two or more years of civil litigation experience

Ability to work independently while managing a caseload

Strong research and writing skills

Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.

Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail

Strong communication and time management skills
