Position: Restaurant Defense Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

I am partnered with a well established regional firm located in Houston, TX with a highly collegial environment is seeking a 7+ year Restaurant Defense Attorney. This is a full-time positon that comes with a suite of solid employee beneifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in defending restaurants and retail clients. The Attorney who has experience in other areas of law such as medical malpractice, product liability, construction, premises liability and general liability, ARE encouraged to apply! The primary focus of the role will be on defending restaurants and retail clients.

Skills and Requirements of the Restaurant Defense Attorney:

7+ years experience of litigation expeience, preferrably in the specificed practice areas listed above.

Trial experience preferred

Litigation experience in TX state courts

Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client commuincation

Licensed to practice law in TX
