Preferred skills

Good understanding of statistical modelling and decision modelling would be an asset.

Comfortable with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve complex problems.

Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with experience in leveraging data analytics to drive insights and business decisions.

Experience and or familiarity in the following analytics and visualization tools such as: SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI and/or analytical programming language such as: R, Python.

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process.

Readiness to learn and eagerness to grow, not only in technical but also business acumen

Minimum years experience required and qualification

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional service firm with strong project experience in analytics, or 1 year analytics/research experience delivering analytics-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.

Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative fields such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and other related fields such as Accounting and Finance.
