We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Sales support / Sales & Marketing coordinator to handle general administrative tasks within our sales & merchant service team. Acting as representative to clients and sales colleagues your responsibilities will include telephone customer service, ongoing maintenance of the customer master data in the systems and processing of complaints.
The ideal candidate is well-skilled in customer service and motivated for further development. We are dealing mainly with local customers, however our prerequisites are fluent Icelandic but also excellent English language skills. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in customer service roles.
Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Be a central point of contact for all our retail customers
Support (Key) Account Managers in providing service to their customers
Improve retailers’ knowledge and usage of our services.
Manage on-boarding of new retailers and contract changes for existing retailers
Act as a super user for CRM and MicroStrategy, and deliver training and support for the sales team if needed for the sales team
Seeking new business through sell-in activities with clear focus on relationship building
Maintain sales and merchant support operations with clear focus on sell-out activities
General office tasks together with the other teams
Daily administrative tasks include:
Creating timely and correct reports both for Sales and Management
Be part to roll out new digital services to merchants
Roll out and support of digital solutions
Sales activities both in terms of retention and gather new business
Support in communications with towards merchants
Preferrable skills and background:
Minimum graduate level, preferably bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service roles
Fluent Icelandic and English both speaking and writing, other language skills is an an asset
Proficient MS Office skills, especially with Excel
Customer oriented with good communication and sales skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Results oriented
Analytical skills
In this role you will report directly to the Managing Director. The holder of the position will also closely collaborate with Accounting, Refunding, IT, Processing, Marketing -teams.
