We are looking for a Agricultural Engineer to join our AGRO team based in Konya. The individual directly report to Proc Agro Assoc Manager.

Responsibilities

Tohumluk/cipslik patates tarımı ile ilgili işlerin tarlalarda ekiminden hasadına kadar tüm aşamaların organizasyonu, takibi, raporlanması, kayıtların tutulması.

Üretim planlaması için gerekli girdilerin hesaplanması, üretimlerinin planlanması ve takibi.

Ürün gelişme dönemlerinin takibi ve raporlanması, hasat ve sevkiyat planının hazırlanıp, takibi.

Tohum veya cipslik patates üretimi ile ilgili yasal süreçleri takip etmek, tedarikçileri bilgilendirmek ve devlet kurumları ile ilgili süreçlerin takibi.

Üreticilere tarımsal faaliyetlerle ilgili geri bildirim ve tavsiyelerin iletilmesi, alınan aksiyonların takibi.

Tohum ve patates depo operasyon organizasyonlarına destek olmak, depolanan tohum veya patateslerin kalite durumlarının takibi ve raporlanması.

Saha ekibinin organizasyonuna destek olmak.

Agro projeleri ve sistemlerinin tedarikçi ve üretici bazında hayata geçirilmesi ve takibi.

Tarımsal iyi uygulamaların geliştirilmesi ve organizasyonu.

Üretim sahalarında çeşitli deneme ve adaptasyon çalışmalarının yürütülmesi.

Globalde kullanılan teknik uygulamaların Türkiye’de kullanımı ve destek verilmesi.

Yetiştiricilik, gübreleme, zirai mücadele ve sulama konularında teknik destek ve yayım hizmeti verilmesi.

Qualifications

Tarla tarımı konusunda deneyime sahip olmak ( Patates veya yumrulu bitkiler tecrübesi tercih nedeni)

Ziraat Fakültelerinin Bitki Koruma, Tarla Bitkileri, Bahçe Bitkileri veya ilgili diğer bölümleri mezunu

Tarım ekip yönetimi yetkinliği.

Sürücü belgesi sahibi ve sık seyahata engel durumunun olmaması.

Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyumlu.

Takım çalışmasına uyumlu.

İletişimi güçlü ve ikna kabiliyeti yüksek.

Analitik yönü güçlü ve sonuç odaklı olması.

Orta ve üstü derecede İngilizce bilen

Windows Office programları bilgisi

Responsibilities (Secondary Language)

Organization, follow-up, reporting, keeping records of all phases of seed / chips potato farming from planting to harvest.

Monitoring, record and report for potato seed plantations include all process from planting to harvest

Feedback and advice to farmers, keep track of the any action plan .

Support to operation in agro warehouses.

Monitoring and report of stored seed/chipstock performance (seed quality and losses).

Perform and keeping the track of the projects on the basis of supplier and grower.

Organization and improvement of Agro Best Practices.

Follow up to all rules and laws related to Seed/chipstock production and inform farmers and assist for activities concerned public institution.

Qualifications (Secondary Language)

Experience in field crop, preferably have experience in potato

University degree (Agriculture Engineering)

Team work

Agricultural team management competence.

Driver's license holder and must be able to travel frequently.

Productive communication skills (verbal and written)

Analytical thinking and planning skills.

Results oriented

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Influence and impact skills, organizational impact.

Fluent English & Turkish in writing and speaking skills.

High level of computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
