Join KBP Brands, a leading company in the Quick Service Industry, as a Senior Manager specializing in Workday HCM. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the transformation of our human resources team through the optimization of Workday technologies and the enhancement of HR processes. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of HRIS, you will utilize your expertise in Workday report writing, system configuration, and process enhancement to excel in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaboration across various business segments will be crucial as we automate processes, adopt best practices, and eliminate redundancies. The successful candidate will become the go-to expert on Workday HCM, contributing to the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards while providing invaluable cross-training to our HR team members.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert.

Lead the strategic planning, transformation, and optimization of Workday HCM to align with organizational goals and Workday standards.

Own system Configuration of Workday HCM modules: Core HR, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent, Help, Journeys, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics, Prism, Time Tracking.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to appropriately design, execute, and test system solutions to improve HR processes.

Transform current HCM business processes by collaborating with Home Office teams and field leadership to improve Workday HCM functionality, adoption, and efficiency.

Establish Workday change management, ensuring modification and enhancement requests are tracked, authorized, and updated timely.

Design, configure, and test reports within the Workday platform utilizing Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), People Analytics, Worksheets, and Prism.

Partner with HR Systems Manager, IT, and Finance in testing and implementing new features associated with Workday Releases.

Develop data validation analytics and audit reports needed to ensure data integrity.

Ensure systems are compliant with data protection laws.

Produce knowledge documentation, lead training, and perform knowledge sharing regarding Workday standards and functionality.

Facilitate a culture of self-service by empowering users to utilize Workday features effectively.

What We’re Looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in a post-implementation or administration role.

5-7 years of experience in the HRIS field.

Detailed understanding of Workday Core framework & architecture, and advanced knowledge of Core HR, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent, Help, Journeys, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics, Prism, Time Tracking.

High level of initiative and self-motivation with strong attention to detail.

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people at various organizational levels.

Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions.

Effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
