Responsibilities & Requirements:

In charge of monthly account close and prepare on the monthly BPC supplementary schedules

Prepare and analyze the financial data (monthly departmental expense, margin analysis, PPV, DSI & etc)

Review AR and follow up on AR collection

Prepare, update all balance sheet schedules and upload into system

Prepare monthly & quarterly tax filing per local authorities' requirement

Assist in any tax related matters raised by tax agents

Involve in year end audit, fixed asset count and stock take exercise

Involve in preparation of POC revenue recognition and calculation

Prepare for monthly AP payment

Involve in monthly forecast process and annual budget planning

Update of SOX controls process

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Able to work independently

Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders

Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Flexibility and ability to cope with process changes.

Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. SUN) is an advantage

BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience
