Are you a motivated and a strong problem-solver who is passionate about safety and building positive relationships? In this fast-paced role, you will be an integral member of our Turnaround management team at our Commerce City refinery, where you will be the primary Operations department interface for turnaround planning and execution activities.

You will influence decisions that directly impact turnaround scope, schedule, safety, environmental, and cost performance during execution of refinery shutdown, start-up, and equipment preparation activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous working experience planning and executing major maintenance projects

A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

An understanding of data analysis and ability to build reports

Ability to lead team meetings, conduct training, and present information in large group settings

Focused on safety, responsible environmental performance, and efficient use of resources

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for the duration of your employment

Responsibilities:

Develop turnaround planning schedules, meetings, milestones and stewardship for all Operations assigned planning and executions tasks

Lead Operations and other functional support personnel to develop equipment shutdown, safe out and start-up plans, schedules and procedures

Collaborate with turnaround team, cross-functional team members, capital projects teams, operators, planners, engineers, and contractors

Drive consistent application and continuous improvement of turnaround planning processes, standards and procedures, and scheduling across all operating areas

Communicate/coordinate required turnaround activity and schedules with key-stakeholders

Location and other Key Details:

You will work out of our Commerce City Business Center, located at 5455 Brighton Blvd.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs

This role is split approximately 50/50 between office and field environment

This role is safety sensitive

Salary and Compensation Details:

$120,000 to $140,000 annual salary and an annual incentive (bonus) program
