Business Change Lead (Warwick / Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business change and process improvement specialist to join our Asset Management team. Working on a portfolio of process improvement programmes aiming to enhance our asset management decision-making ability, you'll strongly influence in driving strategic change, continuous improvement, process optimisation and digital transformation within the Asset Strategy department of National Gas Transmission.

You’ll be responsible for driving and inspiring change through a culture of trust and collaboration, leading transformational and continual improvement activities across people, process, and systems, that enable outcomes such as improved process safety performance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving change using Agile and Lean methodologies. They will possess a deep understanding of process optimisation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify areas for process improvement.

• Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and ideas for enhancing processes.

• Analyse existing workflows and procedures to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimisation.

• Use Agile project management methodology in maintaining a portfolio level oversight for on-going process improvement projects and programmes.

• Use Lean process optimisation methodologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.

• Design and deploy metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and effectiveness of process improvements.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Lean principles, practices, and techniques.

• Work closely with project managers and team leads to prioritise improvement initiatives and track progress.
