The Position:

An automotive supplier in Kentwood, MI is looking for DIE SETTERS!

Shift:

3rd shift

WAGE:

$18/hr

Job Description:

-Leads in setting up dies and related equipment

-Completes entire die changeover from last-piece to first-piece in a safe and efficient manner.

-Ability to accomplish die sets, press operations and troubleshooting of stamping processes in a methodical manner.

- Ability to change over multiple part number dies.

-Maintains work area in a clean and safe condition, following 5S standards.

Experience and other requirements:

MUST have at least a little experience as a Die Setter

Hilo and Crane license are highly desired, but not mandatory.

Must have NO lifting or standing restrictions

Have reliable transportation

Read/Speak & understand the English Language

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

NOTE:

1. This position is NOT THC FRIENDLY

2. This position is NOT ON THE BUS LINE. (15+ minute walk to the nearest bus stop)

Conducting (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries will be necessary for employment purposes.
