As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within our retail environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing the products they desire while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.Responsibilities: Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with information on products/servicesUnderstand customer needs and assist them in finding the right productsMaintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayedAchieve and exceed monthly sales targetsProvide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns efficientlyStay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricingOperate cash registers and handle transactions accuratelyCollaborate with the retail team to achieve store objectivesAssist in stock replenishment and inventory managementParticipate in promotional events and activities to drive salesUphold company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactionsContribute to a positive and energetic team environment Requirements: UAE National (mandatory requirement)Proven work experience in retail sales preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling transactionsKnowledge of sales principles and customer relationship practicesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plusFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysTiger is B Corp Certified.
