Job responsibilities * Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery * Supports product delivery across the full lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solutioning, design/build and implementation * Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience * Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development * Engages with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align and maintain productive partnerships Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Minimum 3 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product development in Agile operating model/scrum team environment * Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition * Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness * Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines with calmness and composure under pressure * Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas * Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and adapt to changing priorities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Analytical / Problem Solving skills - ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems * Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Jira Align and organizational/time management skills
