What you'll be doing

Management of the overall finance function and responsibilities and overseeing the finance team.

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements - P&L and Balance Sheet

Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes

Cash management and treasury duties - Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development

Ensure statutory & tax compliance (e.g. Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing) with timely returns to authorities as required

Reconcile and prepare detail of salary cost center, sso, tax, provident fund

Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports

Ensure successful rollout of CargoWise Transport Management System and interface to SAP FI/CO

Financial modeling and analysis

Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained in compliance with Group accounting guidelines

Control accounts receivable and handing Risk Management task. Maintain Credit limit to AS400

Proceed payment transactions national and international

To be the contact person to Auditors, banks, tax and financial authorities

To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Minimum Qualification

Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years managerial experience

Knowledge in Finance & Accounting, local GAAP (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) IFRS/IAS

Knowledge of local Tax requirements and compliance

Knowledge and experience in SAP FI/CO

Knowledge and experience in CargoWise would be an advantage

Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (especially Excel)

Excellent written and spoken English

Freight forwarding
