ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Account Representative State Farm Agent Team Member with Glen Reichenbach - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active 63 and/or 65 Financial services license required.
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life within 30 days of employment.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
Strong mathematical skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
