Full Time Emergency Warehouse Operator

Reports to: EHS Director

B and B Maintenance provides commercial janitorial & building services to customers in 15 states across the United States. We are motivated by and dedicated to our mission of "Servicing Beyond Expectations".

The Emergency Warehouse Operator is responsible for maintaining company equipment, performing project work, maintaining inventory, responding to work orders and emergency tickets, as well as working closely with all levels of employment to assist where needed.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Ensures coverage for job sites in the absence of staff and assists where needed to be a team player

Respond to emergency tasks/calls at any given time during working hours & complete work order tickets as issued

Accepts shipments and delivers and/or communicate shipments with staff

Maintain warehouse inventory, ensure that it is kept clean and orderly, perform electronic based inspections on company equipment and perform basic maintenance when required.

Janitorial duties when needed - Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms

Perform all necessary project work as needed and as requested - floor care, window washing, pressure washing, etc.

Present professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, and phone calls.

Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed.

Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, and Pulling materials/equipment at a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must be able to operate company vehicles and hold a valid drivers license.

Provide support to the office and upper management as needed

Previous cleaning experience is a plus!
