Job Summary:

Technology Sales Executive leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new international business, while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth in SamTech ME Group, capacity and commercial business lines.

Technology Sales Executive spearheads and oversees the development of businesses in international territories, aiming for profit growth and strong client relationships. He conducts extensive market research and analyses, develop strategic business plans, set goals and timelines, and participate in negotiating with potential business partners, building positive relationships in the process. perform regular assessments, ensuring operations comply with government or industry regulations. Moreover, as Technology Sales Executive, you have responsibility to lead initiatives while implementing company standards and regulations, creating new ones when necessary.

Technology Sales Executive will report to the SamTech Vice President and collaborate closely with the Technology Sales Executive team on all facets of client development such as capture planning, proposals, and Sales & Marketing strategy. The Technology Sales Executive will strengthen and grow SamTech ME client and partner relationships and maintain surveillance on market conditions, emerging opportunities, and risks. He is responsible for strategic and operational oversight in the international federal, capacity, and commercial business lines, ensuring Sales & Marketing activities are delivered in accordance with the organization’s strategy.

Major Responsibilities:

Identifies and develops new business opportunities.

Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.

Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.

Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.

Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.

Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.

Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.

Tracks emerging markets and trends.

Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.

Identifies and recommends new services/solutions.

Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.

Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.

Researches and identifies new markets.

Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.

Identifies sponsorship opportunities, including nonprofit engagement.

Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.

Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.

Travels to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations.

Fulfills requests for proposals (RFP’s) from potential partners and customers.

Helps direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiations with manufacturers and developing assessment strategies.

Develop and implement the international website s SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings.

To communicate the value of financial analysis and transition into positive ROI.

Develop new sales in Egypt /Northern Africa /Africa region.

Monitor competitor pricing and properly set marketing campaigns to maintain and increase market share while evaluating ROI for price sensitive markets.

Design and produce video sales training materials for international distributors.

Establish new international accounts while cultivating successful partnerships with existing accounts to support growth identifying areas for new growth.

Improve sales performance and identify strategic opportunities through the evaluation of standardize Salesforce pipeline review across regions and business segments.

Serves as capture manager for specific business opportunities; works with the business development team to develop leads and opportunities, teaming strategies and negotiations, proposal planning, and price-to-win assessments.

Participates in target/bid reviews and provides ongoing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment of time and resources in developing business opportunities.

Contributes to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business development and recruiting practices.

Travels to developing countries as needed.

Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.

Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.

Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.

Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.

Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.

Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.

Selecting automation software and software platforms that best meet company needs.

Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.

Develop individual business plans for each country.

Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.

Manage all development process and ensure compliance to Government policies and regulations.

Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.

Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.

Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.

Coordinate with Management and maintain budgets and participate in every fortnightly conference.

Analyze business and review future prospective for same.

Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.

Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.

Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.

Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.

Maintain all communication with Management.

Qualification Required:

Master’s degree or equivalent in International Relations, Business Administration or relevant field.

Authorities: The role has a high profile within the company, with Supervising the Sales Division.
