Park Property Management Solutions is seeking an EXPERIENCED Community Association Manager (HOA/Condo) to join our team. Our goal is to surpass the expectations of our customers with superior customer service. This role requires travel to surrounding Community Associations. The successful candidate has experience in the HOA Management industry and is a motivated self-starter who can rise to the challenge in a high-pressure and demanding industry. Under limited supervision, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the management of the portfolio's maintenance and day-to-day operational activities of their assigned communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned community associations.

Work with Homeowners, Board Members, and other team members within the organization.

Attend Board meetings.

Maintain the company's relationship with each community that you manage.

Communication between the Board and individual homeowners.

Ability to negotiate and deal with outside contractors and vendors for the needs of the community.

You are the "face of the company" to the communities, Board of Directors, and vendors.

Our regular office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We close at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. No Friday Evening, Saturday, or Sunday meetings! Additional hours may be necessary due to workload/deadlines.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be professional in both appearance and character.

Self-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed.

A team player and willing to help other managers and staff members.

Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills are required.

Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have command of the English language both written and verbal.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Knowledge of CINC Systems software is preferred.

Ability to read, understand, and explain financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger.
