BACKGROUND:
Equity Bank Rwanda Plc the second largest licensed financial Services Institution in Rwanda, is a member of the Equity Group holdings, a second largest Financial Services Company in the East African Community renowned for its financial inclusion.
Equity Bank Rwanda Plc therefore invites eligible Suppliers and Service Providers, with well established, reputable, qualified, and registered Companies to submit their Expression of Interests for the below listed Goods, services, and Works.
Expression of Interest documents in sealed envelopes must be delivered by 25th of April 2024 at 5 PM to the Procurement Office located on the 1st floor Pension Plaza Building addressed as follows:

Eligibility Requirements:
Company registration certificate
Valid Tax clearance certificates.
Valid RSSB Certificate
A detailed Company profile showing area of business, current clients, and business location.
Organizational structure showing directors and shareholders,
Introduction Letter showing Area of Business Activities
Provide proven experience in the works/services/goods of at least 04 years’ experience in doing similar works/services/goods. Provide references of similar works/services/goods with a minimum of 3 references, with executed Contracts, purchase orders, award letters of not later than 4 years of above 50 million Rwandan francs.
Provide CVs of company technical staff to be part of documents to be submitted.
Financial Accounts for the past two years
Certificate for good standing with the RDB
Any other information that the supplier considers important to this process.
