Sign On Bonus $1,000-$3,000 based on experience. Shift Differential of $2.00/hr. for 2nd Shift, $3.00/hr. for 3rdShift. NUPRO LLC, located in South Deerfield, MA, is seeking all talented Machine Operators in the area to apply and join our amazing team! Our Machine Operators work a full-time schedule and earn a highly competitive wage of $22-$26 per hour plus shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Machine Operator, we rely on you to create the highest quality of extruded TPU polyurethane film. As you start the equipment, you observe and adjust process parameters to ensure proper film thickness, sheet width, film quality, and roll put-up to product specifications. With a primary consideration on safety, you will perform machine maintenance including teardown and reassembly of the extruder screw and die and enter line specific data into computer spreadsheets.

You will use company provided Personal Protective Equipment and adhere to ISO procedures when using cutting tools and operating the fork truck. Our Machine Operators follow company guidelines and actively participate in all safety processes. You will be responsible for keeping your production area clean and carrying out specific housekeeping duties.

Extrusion Operating Experience

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Attention to detail.

Willing to work overtime as needed.

Experience with Microsoft Suite
