Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is adding a talented Senior Plumbing Engineer to their Madison team!
Responsibilities:
Design plumbing systems (calculations, layouts, sizing, equipment selections, specification, coordination)
Design specification/layout for fire protection projects
Use AutoCAD/Revit for drawing development
Mentor junior staff
Project management opportunities
Perform various duties including code reviews, shop drawings/submittal review and processing, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
Coordinate projects with contractors/clients from start to finish
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of prior mechanical engineering and project management experience
Plumbing design experience
PE License
Experience with architectural projects (schools, health care facilities, and commercial buildings)
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Salary is commensurate with experience.
