BLH Technologies, Inc., an award-winning company specializing in public health, research, and communications solutions for Federal and commercial clients, is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The successful candidate will be responsible for directing project teams, overseeing budgets, managing project scope, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and facilitating client communications is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.

· Team Coordination: Collaborate with all team members, which may include programmers, subject matter experts, data analysts, public health specialists, writers, editors, and translators, to promote a healthy work environment and ensure project objectives are met.

· Deliverable Monitoring: Work with Federal clients and stakeholders to understand deliverable requirements and success criteria. Mentor and monitor team members to ensure quality of deliverables.

· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards across all deliverables.

· Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact project success.

· Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to clients.

· Communications Support: Lead the team's efforts to develop communication tools, reports, dissemination materials, and other such products.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree.

· Master's in Public Health, Library Science, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

· Minimum of five years of experience directing projects and overseeing staff and budgets.

· Prior experience supporting NIH projects is preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Experience with business development is preferred.
