Network and Software Systems

Ensure optimal security and uptime for non-Help Desk managed end-user hardware.

Perform semi-annual server inventory, including EoL/EoS dates impacting budgets.

Serve as Help Desk escalation point.

Diagram network, including IP addresses and networking gear.

Security

Act as SME for monthly vulnerability scanning, reporting to Directors and CIO.

Fine-tune alerting systems, audit monitoring systems.

Coordinate security meetings, review alerts, document processes.

Recommend security policies, ensure compliance.

Administer security of Firm’s applications.

Manage application configuration and maintenance.

Coordinate hardware procurement and repairs.

Ensure project efficiency.

Provide quality customer service.

Contribute expertise on technology advancements.

To be considered:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, designing, and implementing network infrastructure within a diverse operating system environment, with hands-on involvement in maintaining critical enterprise applications at a high level of availability.

A 4-year college degree is preferred, although equivalent experience is considered.
