Senior Data (Quality) Analyst

Senior Data (Quality) Analyst is a critical partner for business stakeholders in process of embedding data and analytics to the business processes and decision making. The role is responsible for the best data utilization and translation to the value, improving data quality and trust in information assets across the company. You will enable the analytics and data science to turn data into insights.

We are seeking for an experienced person who understands challenges in data quality and data management space and will behave as mentor for other data analysts as well as teams responsible for data collection.

The position allows flexible work time arrangement.

The Senior Data (Quality) Analyst will:

Oversight the quality and utilization of data from the sources to the downstream solutions, understand the decision making, and actions taken based on developed analytics.

Develop a deep subject-matter expertise in the pharma R&D data domains.

Regularly collaborate with data, system and process owners on data quality checks from both technical and business value perspective.

Design the data collection workflows following the good data quality practice.

Focus on master and reference data management and governance.

Collaborate with Data Modeling & Engineering team on optimal data layer constructs utilized by reporting, analytics & data science.

Maintain catalog of business terms & metrics.

Desired Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience with data pre-processing & analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balanced with a creative mindset.

Deep expertise in data management (quality & governance).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness, and ability to educate and mentor colleagues and stakeholders.

Self-motivation, enthusiasm, proactivity, and ability to self-organize and work independently with minimum direction.

Knowledge of SQL and Excel.

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of any Data Quality Management (e.g. Collibra DQ), Reference Data Management (Tibco EBX), Data Catalog (Collibra), Business Intelligence (Power BI) tools or PowerApps is beneficial.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
