Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Job Overview: - Please note · Minimum of five years’ sales experience in Healthcare Provider Sales and BPO sales or applicable fields. NO EXCEPTIONS - cannot consider applications that have not sold Revenue cycles services and/or solutions to Healthcare Providers.

Looking to hire 2 AVP of Sales - one for the Northeast, US and one for the Southeast, US. Ideal candidate lives in the aligned geographic territory.These roles will be Under the direction of the SVP Head of Sales, the Associate Vice President of New Business Development will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling the service offerings through professional sales techniques and developing new and long-term customer relationships. They will also build a pipeline of quality targets within Healthcare Provider future business space. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Generate revenue with new and existing clients

· Facilitate positive long-term relationships with key clients and secure repeat business.

· Provides direction and assistance to clients addressing problems or concerns,

· Communicate company, product and services, initiatives, changes and relevant information to clients as needed

· Maintain industry and product knowledge, understanding of customers’ needs and concerns, participating in appropriate trade organizations events, and promoting a positive company image.

· With the Account Manager, develop and maintain an account plan

· Responsible for cross sell to current clients

· Performs other related duties, as required.

· Travel required

Reporting Structure:

· SVP, Head of Sales & Account Management

Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)

· Minimum of five years’ sales experience in Healthcare Provider Sales and BPO sales or applicable fields.

· Understanding of the Healthcare Provider lifecycle and menu of healthcare provider Solutions-Enrollment, Debt Collections, Denial Management, Medical Coverage, Receivables Management, Intelligent Automation for Eligibility and Enrollment, Litigation Services, Self-Pay Receivables Management.

· Must be comfortable incorporating digital and transformational solutions into the client’s ecosystem.

· Comfortable interacting at the C-level through operations leadership

· Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.

· Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
