Job brief:

We are a health and nature minded company developing and distributing unique dietary supplements based on 20 years of experience and research. We are looking for a qualified Sales and Marketing associate to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact and provide support for individuals and health professionals about products, orders and deliveries.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and with knowledge of sales promotion and social media. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Sales & Marketing Associate responsibilities include:

Experience in vitamin/dietary supplements online sales preferred.

Sales and Order Fulfillment to help the operation when needed.

Energetic, personable and polite with customers

Processing orders via email or phone

Maintain and update sales and customer records.

Develop monthly sales reports.

Communicate important feedback from customers about their purchase experience.

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Stay up to date with new products and features as well as new competitors.

Prepare and develop Marketing plans.

Prepare digital content for Instagram, Facebook, Email etc.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as Sales or Marketing associate

Hands on experience with computers and social media, especially: MS Office (MS Excel in particular), Instagram, Facebook, Gmail etc...

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.

Bachelors in business, Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
