Job Description: We are currently seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Accounting Bookkeepers at HRA Transport Ltd.

This position is integral to our financial management and administrative operations, involving a range of tasks related to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Accounting bookkeeper Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.

Issue paychecks or electronic transfers in a timely and accurate manner.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Identify and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Provide analysis and insights into financial performance to support decision-making.

Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings, including GST/HST, payroll taxes, and corporate income tax.

Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Accounting Bookkeeper position.

Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance role is an asset.

Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
