Position Summary:

Are you a beacon of motivation and customer-centric energy? We're on the lookout for a spirited individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability

Process orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner

Resolve warranty and customer issues with a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are being metRequirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using various computer programs and systems

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required

Availability to work part-time seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays
