Contact Center Agent - Founding Farmers Restaurants
NOW HIRING: FULL TIME, $17-$18/HOUR
**Please note this position is onsite at our office located in District Heights, MD**

WHAT OUR CONTACT CENTER AGENTS DO:
Answer phones to create and verify restaurant reservations for all of our locations
Answer general inquiries, manage feedback, and assist with reservation or dining issues
Provide callers with information on our menus, locations, and accommodations, including directions (driving, parking, public transportation) to all of our restaurants
Greet guests on the phone in a friendly and engaging manner
Respond to guest requests with exceptional guest service
Place, trouble-shoot, and provide assistance with To-Go orders
Other duties to support the guest experience, as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A CONTACT CENTER AGENT:
One year of experience in hospitality centered, customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work on-site
Must have PM and weekend availability
Frequent typing and use of computer expected
Our Contact Center Agents provide the first experience many of our guests have with Farmers Restaurant Group. They are integral to our entire restaurant service team in providing exceptional hospitality and virtually guiding our guests until they walk through our doors. As a Contact Center Agent, you will respond to reservation calls and provide other virtual guest services, including directions and details on our restaurants, placing to-go orders, and accommodations all?on-site, at our Contact Center?located in District Height, MD.
