Description:

Senior level HR Operations generalist and a consultative HR business partner. This position will play a key role in operationalizing various core HR function processes including not limited to compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training, HR analytics and systems. From an HR business partner respective, the role will be advising and supporting managers on strategic issues and helping them navigate organizational and people-related issues.

Hybrid Role - 3 days a week in office, 2 day remote.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training, HR operations, HR analytics and systems.

Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned.

Help scale our HR function as we grow. Develop processes, templates, and tools for HR internally and for managers to optimize our employee experience.

Develop and utilize metrics to analyze HR data and identify areas for improvement.

Partner with other members of the HR team with respect to talent acquisition, HR operations and other onboarding activities.

Other duties, as assigned.

Some travel may be required.

Education & Experience:

7-10 years’ senior HR experience as either a HR Generalist or HR business partner

SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are highly desired.

Strong working knowledge and proficiency in all areas of HR including but not limited to compensation, benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training, HR operations, HR analytics and systems.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in human resources, business, or related field.

Experience with Paylocity is a strong plus.
