The Assistant Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of our cleaning services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services, including scheduling, task assignments, and quality control.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to janitorial team, including training, supervision, and performance management to ensure high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for seamless operations.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices to streamline operations and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in the janitorial services industry or facilities management role is an asset.

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
