Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

Escort patients to exam rooms

Intake patients, vitals, chief complaint, past medical history, surgical history

Run In Office Point Of Care Tests

Answer Office Calls

Schedule Appointments

Trouble shoot patient call & EMR portal messages

Qualifications:

Previous experience in OBGYN/Reproductive healthcare a PLUS

Strong Communication skills a MUST

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
