Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! We are an outsourced bookkeeping company.

Job is paid hourly, for time spent. Expected work week is 30-35 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Update client bookkeeping transaction in Quick Books with accurate details from banking, emails, shared documents, third party programs, payroll sites (ADP and Paychex) etc., Creating reports weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on the client.

Provide CPA with year end reports and requested documents

Process 1099 at end of year. Help with WC and GL audits.

Some clients require more office support and you would be point of contact

Qualifications:

Experienced with QB online and desktop, experience with class coding, ADP and Paychex reports. This is a MUST.

Ability to multitask, self motivated, self directed, keep a schedule

Ability to build rapport with clients

Use of google accounts, drop box, one drive

Past experience with multiple industries/clients

Experience with Clio, Concour, AIAs, or Sage100 for contractor would be a plus. Notary would be a plus.

Remote work:

Job is remote after spending time in-person learning company system of work and both parties are comfortable. Expected time-frame of in-person traning is 3 months, 3 days a week. In-person meetings can occur in the greater Boston/Southern Maine area.
