Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. Will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients and project team members.

Responsibilities

· Set project timeline

· Monitor project deliverables

· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

· Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

· Oversee all stages of project life cycle

· Manage project budget

· Provide timely status reports to clients/owners

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· Strong business acumen in project planning and management

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

· 3+ years of experience

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints

· Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
