Job Description
RemX is seeking a Helpdesk CSR Technician for our client. In this role candidates will need to be electronic repair savvy. You will be assembling/working on computer boards (someone who has experience with building computers so technical skills/experience is a must. You will also be reviewing videos from school buses, bench testing software, and running diagnostics by plugging into a computer to test the equipment.

Salary: $17 an hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Onsite (Alpharetta, GA)
Experience answering calls from clients and helping troubleshoot issues
Must have Software skills, Internet research abilities, and Strong communication skills
Looking for individual who can multi task answering phones from customers, creating RMAs and work tickets in our ERP system for support
Currently use Odoo for ERP system
Understanding of UPS Worldship
Position is associated with a warranty and out of warranty repair equipment process flow tracking from creation of RMAs and UPS shipping labels to working with shipping and receiving to ensure product is shipped back timely and invoiced correctly and then closing work tickets
Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
Ability to drive inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts and physical inventories
