Group Corporate Finance Manager Join our team as the Group Corporate Finance Manager and be at the forefront of driving commercial opportunities and strategic investments across our dynamic organization.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to secure optimal funding and play a pivotal role in the growth trajectory of the Doncasters Group.

We're seeking a proactive individual with a proven history of accountability, financial acumen, and adeptness in stakeholder management to lead our finance initiatives with confidence.

Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, working with household names such as Rolls Royce and Airbus, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to help us continue our journey.

Based within our HQ team, working hybrid between home and our Ross and Catherall site in Sheffield, easily accessible from the M1 and public transport routes.

The working hours for this role are 37 per week, finishing at 2pm on Fridays.

* Deliver accurate financial projections and conduct thorough business evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.

* Contribute to commercial planning, processes, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

* Generate strategic acquisition reports to provide insights and recommendations for future growth opportunities.

* Conduct financial due diligence to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions.

* Provide expert oversight and recommendations on lending and funding structures to optimize financial resources.

* Assist in budget planning and support ongoing financial management processes.

* Undertake ad hoc projects to support senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Head of Corporate Finance.

* Collaborate with external advisers on transactional activities, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Group Finance Function and across the broader finance community to drive positive outcomes.

If you have the below, we would love to hear from you: * Graduate (essential) ideally in Finance, Law or Economics (desirable) * Appropriate accounting qualification e.g.

CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ACT etc (essential) * Must have experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury or relevant Finance managerial experience for a global business (essential) * Mergers & Acquisition experience (desirable) * Substantial commercial experience (desirable) * Manufacturing accounting experience (desirable) * Strong understanding of accounting concepts (essential) including applications in IFRS context (desirable) * A track record of modelling and delivering comprehensive and well considered business cases (essential) in an M&A environment at pace.

* Experience of working with JVAs (desirable) * Strong working knowledge of MS Office including SharePoint.
