What you’ll do as Store Manager:

Becoming Store Manager will give you the real impact on delivering local strategy to guarantee the success of the store. You will shape the way we work in Timisoara and lead a team of ambitious colleagues. You will play an important role in both the launch and the day-to-day running of our new store. Here’s what this looks like in action:

You will manage the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience.

You will develop and motivate your team of Managers.

You will drive store sales to achieve targets.

You will maintain store standards.

You will have the power to impact the business by being commercial (meaning that you’ll know what is trendy and order products daily to drive sales).

You will manage stock to minimize costs.

What you will bring?

You’re motivational. Fair. Bold. Our Store Managers typically join us from either Area Manager or Regional Manager or Senior Store Manager experiences. Here’s what we need from you:

Several years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced and high volume retail environment.

Strong communication and coaching skills.

Commercial mind set.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Being very well organized and able to switch between tasks easily, as we are a very dynamically growing company.

Strong analytical skills, ability to model and interpret data.

Focused on delivering results and finding solutions to problems.

It is an essential requirement that you are fluent in the Romanian and English language
