Our client, a leading fintech with a platform for safe, secure, and prompt gift cards and crypto transactions, is seeking to hire an Account Sales Manager in Lagos. The Ideal candidate role will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with Operations, and customer service team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Requirements
BSc in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the fintech space.
Previous track record in business development
Must be strong in client acquisition.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
