Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter - IT Technology

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals across various technical skill sets.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and requirements.

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, meetups, referrals, etc.).

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.

Negotiate offers and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Promote our employer brand and attract top IT professionals.

Qualifications:

2 + years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of various technical skill sets (Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven success in sourcing candidates through creative methods.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.

A go-getter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
