Analyze System Requirements
Analyze and document user requirements
Conduct impact assessment and draw-up proposal
Work closely with the software developers/ programmers and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Configuration Management of System Build-up Parameters
Configure business requirements of users into the system
Maintain documentation of the system processes
Ensure solution or system quality compliance
Build test scenarios in the context of the business process which in turn would be used by Systems Analysts to draw out positive and negative test cases.
Set-up test environment and initiate test data creation.
Lead the Systems Analysts/Testers verify if application works as expected and resolve issues that may be related to requirements interpretation and assumptions
Provide Implementation/Roll-out and Maintenance Support
Provide support in delivering the system into production via established changed management/version control processes
Conduct Orientation and Training sessions to the end users.
Provide support to users during and after system roll-out
Lead the setup and implementation of the accounting system to newly managed clients with accounting service scope.
Assist Department Heads within the Company for an excellent business data analysis using systems and tools (SQL Assistant, MS Access, MS Excel, Smartsheet, MSNavision/Business Central)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5-year experience in software development and deployment, business analysis, project management, and process improvement, and computer systems validation.
Minimum three (3) years Systems Analysis and Functional Design using Agile development methodology
Minimum two (2) years of technical leadership and related experience in Web, Mobile & SQL development on Microsoft platforms
Specialization in the management, deployment and maintenance of accounting software, is a strong plus
Knowledgeable in business process analysis, data flow diagrams, design and documentation of methods and procedures, system / application development & testing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must have strong business analytical skills, problem solving
Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and work professionally with management, staff, collaborators and software developers
