Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience required/ Fresh also can be considered
