Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Workshop Superintendent to oversee operations at our workshop facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification along with extensive experience in fabrication or oil and gas field operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop facility, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.

Supervise workshop staff and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.

Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and prioritize work activities and meet project deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including inventory management, equipment maintenance logs, and safety inspections.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification in a relevant field.

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a workshop superintendent or similar role within the oil, gas, or fabrication industry.

Strong background in fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Demonstrated experience in project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Must be currently available in the UAE and willing to join immediately.

Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
