We are looking for 1 Administrative Assistant for the Center for Bayanihan Economics at Angat, Bulacan

Job Summary:

Act as support in general administrative services, bookkeeping, and clerical office work. Comply with CBE systems and processes in carrying out general administrative functions for office efficiency and productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs administrative and clerical support including bookkeeping, mailing, scanning, and filing of Report in a timely manner.

Prepares and modifies documents including communications, reports, drafts, memos and emails as per the advice of the immediate supervisor.

Performs sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing internal and external communications.

Performs the processing of securing business permits and legal documentation of CBE business operations.

Gathers, analyses, consolidates, and submits fun requests of requesting section/unit to immediate supervisor for endorsement and approval of Program Coordinator.

Maintains and organizes both electronic and physical filing systems of day to day, monthly, and periodic finance transactions and administrative documentation/records.

Perform and/or maintain a photo documentation of all internal and external activities of CBE.

Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
