UX & UI Designer

Job Purpose

We are looking for UX & UI Designers to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX researchers and fellow UX & UI designers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Primarily own UI Design and Prototyping, with occasional maintenance and updating of our Design System.

Beyond creating visually appealing screens, we are seeking a designer who is user-centric, placing the user at the heart of the design process, which means embracing a design thinking mindset.

Someone who doesn’t just execute based on instruction but think about the design decision and recommendation.

Skills & Experience

Mid- to senior-level UX & UI designer with relevant work experience of 4 to 10 years

The ideal candidate should understand user research activities and possess the capability to perform usability study tasks such as data synthesis.

Graduation or PG in Design (B. Des or M. Des in UX or UI Design)

He/she should be proficient and up-to-update with the latest changes in Figma.

He/she should be a supportive team player, good at communication, and quick at comprehension.

Preference will be given to candidates with excellent communication skills, prior experience in CMS-based, media-related, and/or mobile-app projects.
