State of the Art Santa Monica Imaging Center is looking for a Per-Diem CT Technologist. This opportunity is located at our multi-modality outpatient practice in Santa Monica, CA. Our center provides a variety of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a friendly and comfortable environment.

DUTIES:

Perform high quality CT’s and some general x-ray exams.

Monitor patient’s well-being during exam; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.

Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly taking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.

Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

Perform QC tracking. Participate in projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

10 hour shift

8 hour shift

Evening shift

Night shift

Rotating shift

Work Location: In personRequirements:

We’re looking for experienced and professional candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient radiologic exams and procedures with high quality results. Radiologic Technologist job candidates must possess:

AART(R)(CT) certification

CA State Licenses in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, CPR Certification and venipuncture.

2 years' minimum experience required with thorough knowledge of CT and Radiologic Practices and Procedures

Candidate must show flexibility to help with morning and/or evening coverage.
