Four Hands is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Technology team. This individual will lead and support our organization through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. As the subject matter expert, the ideal person will identify and build solutions to address our organization’s technical challenges while partnering with cross-departmental teams.

In This Role

Lead and provide ongoing support for Four Hands’ implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F & SCM)

Identify and solve complex business problems by addressing technical needs of the organization

Deliver high quality outcomes by creating, implementing and optimizing strategic design solutions

Develop a roadmap to enable consistent responses to critical business needs

Apply advanced analysis skills to drive key business initiatives

Assure delivery of successful deployments of digital solutions throughout the implementation process

Collaborate with specialists in other departments to establish best practices

Act as first point of contact for resolution of escalated issues to foster strong partnerships with company executives

Partner with independent software vendors (ISV – SKSoft, Adyen, Avalara, etc)

The Ideal Person

5+ years’ experience implementing a large-scale enterprise ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & SCM)

10+ years’ experience working with ERP systems

Experience delivering the full project life cycle, strong understanding of SDLC processes (Azure, DevOps, LCS), and X++ programming language

Ability to follow Agile & Waterfall methodology for project implementation to deliver cloud-based solutions (private and public)

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as: Azure (Cloud Platform, Data Lake, Services Bus), PowerBI, PowerApps, Flow, .NET C#, SQL Server, and SQL development

Experience with source control management systems such as Visual Studio

Sound knowledge with: Logic App, PowerApps, Event Hub, Power Automate, Message Services (SOAP / REST, XML, JSON, EDI), Messaging technologies, Cloud Knowledge (Azure/AWS), Version Control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS), and API technologies

Sound knowledge in IPAAS (Boomi, Cleo, MuleSoft)
