Qualifications

Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBA Duties

Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients

Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals

Analyze and graph data weekly

Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance

Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for RBTs

Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements

Complete billing bi-weekly
